Arriba Nacional Cacao beans are hand-harvested in Ecuador from wild, ancient heirloom trees. They are sun-dried, fermented, stone-ground into a smooth paste, cooled and chiseled into wafers of pure unsweetened chocolate glory. Silky, velveteen Cacao Paste is perfect for crafting healthy, raw desserts: truffles, brownies, tortes, mousse... adjust the sweetness to taste.

Suggested use

Make your own Raw Chocolate!

1/4 cup Coconut Oil
1/4 tsp of Ground Vanilla Powder
Sweetener & a pinch of salt to taste

Gently melt Cacao, Coconut Oil, and sweetener in a double boiler. Add Vanilla. Whisk or blend to emulsify ingredients. Pour onto parchment paper-lined tray, drizzle over fruits, nuts, or Nut Butter! Put in freezer for 10 minutes. Break off a piece of pure bliss!
