Adults and children 12 years and older: Drink 1 cup preferably at bedtime. Bring water to boiling and steep for 7 minutes.

This product contains senna leaf. Read and follow directions carefully. Consult a doctor before use if you have a sudden and persistent change in bowel habits. Laxatives should not be used for longer than one week unless directed by a doctor. It is recommended to maintain proper hydration during use. Senna may cause abdominal cramping. Keep out of reach of children. Not intended for use as a diet aid or for cleansing.
