Suggested use
Use only as directed. Shake well before using. Take 1/4 teaspoon, three times daily between meals. Frequency may be increased to 1/4 teaspoon every two hours. Do not exceed 8 servings in a 24 hour period. For use by adults and children over 12 years of age.
